30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Furniture must be disassembled and packed securely
- All hardware and instructions must be included
- Products must be free from wear, damage, or signs of use
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@kscornershop.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will send you a return authorization and return shipping address within 1 business day
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 3-5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
